Teeth Whitening - Home Edition

Hey My Luvlies,

Today i wanted to share some home made teeth whitening solutions!

They take some time and patience, but it is a lot cheaper than going to your dentist for the whole Shabang!

1. The Baking-Soda Scrub:

• Teaspoon of Baking Soda
• Few drops of lemon
• Toothbrush

On a little plate mix baking soda and a few drops of lemon until they make a paste. Put the paste on your tooth brush and start brushing your teeth in a circular motion. Repeat no more than 2 times a week.

Warning: It tastes pretty bad!

2. The Banana Peel:

• Banana peel

Dry teeth with a towel. Peel a banana, take the inside of the peel and rub it on your teeth. Keep your mouth open for as long as you can to let the residue from the banana work their magic on your teeth. Wash off, and repeat whenever you can.

I hope you try these methods! it does require a lot of patience but if you are on a budget then i would definitely advice you to try these because they do work.

Blackheads Be Gone!

Thank God It's Friday!

And Thank God it's not the end of the world...alas, the Mayans were wrong.

Are you suffering from blackheads and you realized now that the world is not ending you want to get rid of them?

Don't wait a moment longer because i have the remedy which you can make with a few simple items you will have at home.

Ingredients:

1. 1 tsp of your own face wash, preferably Gel

2. 1 tsp Baking Soda

3. 1 tsp Salt

Steps:

1. In a small bowl mix all three ingredients together.

2. Place hot water on towel and apply to problem are until it cools down.

3. Apply mixture to damp problem area with cotton.

4. Leave for 5 minutes then wash off.

Trust me, this really works.

If you need to repeat the treatment again do so, however don't start doing it on a daily basis. once every 2 weeks after the initial treatment just for maintenance.
