Hi Guys,

So if your wanting to know the results of the Pantogar treatment for hair and nails, I've finally come around to doing so.

If your wondering why it took me so long? Well that's because I've been wanting to have my posts in both Arabic and English but found that google translate is not the most reliable translator and i haven't found the right person to translate my posts yet. I hope to do so in the near future.

So back to my conclusion...

The biggest difference i saw with taking Pantogar was my nails. They grew like never before and they grew strong. It is hard for me to tell if it had a drastic affect on my hair, but it has been growing quiet healthy.

Would i recommend Pantogar? YES, its OK to give your body a boost for a month, once or twice a year. I would not advise you to take this treatment for many months at a time, so that your body doesn't require this level of vitamins all the time.
