Silky Smooth & the 3-Minute Rule

Hey Lovelies,

I recently used up my Strawberry body butter from The Body Shop and went back to purchase the Coconut Body Butter. 

It's no surprise that this baby is one of The body shops best selling products. The smell is beautiful if you love coconut scents that remind you of summer, and it's longevity lasts for a good 24 hours. It also contains Virgin Organic Coconut oil.

I bought mine at the City Stars Branch for 135 LE. It was worth it! I already got a couple of compliments. :) 

The 3 Minute Rule:

Want the secret to silky smooth skin? Easy...Nevaeh will tell you.

Step 1: Have a shower and shave/wax/cream away that hair.

Step 2: Step out of the shower and immediately but softly pat dry your skin and apply moisturizer within 3 minutes after stepping out of the bath.

Step 3: There is no step 3....its that easy :)


Why within 3 minutes? I find that after your shower the pores in your skin are still loose and they are ready to absorb moisturizer quickly and more effectively. If you wait too long you just end up with moisturizer sitting on top of your skin.

The Long Over-Due Pantogar Update

Hi Guys,

So if your wanting to know the results of the Pantogar treatment for hair and nails, I've finally come around to doing so.

If your wondering why it took me so long? Well that's because I've been wanting to have my posts in both Arabic and English but found that google translate is not the most reliable translator and i haven't found the right person to translate my posts yet. I hope to do so in the near future.

So back to my conclusion...

The biggest difference i saw with taking Pantogar was my nails. They grew like never before and they grew strong. It is hard for me to tell if it had a drastic affect on my hair, but it has been growing quiet healthy.

Would i recommend Pantogar? YES, its OK to give your body a boost for a month, once or twice a year. I would not advise you to take this treatment for many months at a time, so that your body doesn't require this level of vitamins all the time.
